A seat opens up.
Choose how to offer it.

You can notify all matching guests at once or offer the table to one person at a time, with a window to confirm. You choose the strategy from the dashboard.

Two ways to give a second chanceAn example from the restaurant

Everyone at once. Or one at a time.

With broadcast, the first to book gets the table. In the sequential flow, seats stay held for the notified guest until the offer expires.

Seats are held during the offer. When it expires, the offer moves to the next guest.

15 minutes is an example: you set the duration.
Broadcast notifies all matching guests together; the first to confirm books. One by one holds the seats for a configurable time and moves to the next guest if the offer expires.Sample data and actions · scenes sped up.

Who’s waiting counts.
So does the fit.

Beyond the sending mode, you control fit with the free covers and how many seats can stay empty. The guest is chosen according to your restaurant’s options.

The table is offered by a rule.

If you turn on best fit, the number of covers can affect the selection. The offer follows the capacity and empty-seat limit you configured.

Waiting follows your restaurant’s rules.

Your restaurant’s work,
with your rules.

01 / Waitlist

Broadcast: the offer reaches several people.

Matching guests each receive their invitation. The first to book gets the table; the others stay on the list for the next opening.

02 / Waitlist

One person at a time, with a dedicated window.

Sequential mode temporarily holds the table and time slot for the notified guest. When the window expires, the offer can move to the next one.

03 / Waitlist

The fit matters too.

With the related options on, selection takes into account covers and the seats that would stay empty. You decide how much room to leave and whether to allow alternatives.

04 / Waitlist

It works as a standalone module.

Automatic offers for freed-up seats are part of the Waitlist. You can use them without buying the Automations module.

The table is free again. The next offer follows your rules.

Before you start.

What’s the difference between broadcast and one-by-one?

Broadcast notifies all matching guests together and confirms the first to book. Sequential mode notifies one guest at a time, temporarily holding the table and time.

Does the list always follow sign-up order?

Priority follows your restaurant’s rules: seat compatibility and, when configured, the best cover fit can affect the selection.

Do I also need the Automations module?

No. The Waitlist costs €10 a month + VAT and includes automatic offers for freed-up seats. It doesn’t require buying the Automations module.
