Ready for pickup. On time for delivery.

Pickup is due at 20:30. The board keeps the promised time and preparation deadlines in view; for delivery it also accounts for travel time.

Your restaurant’s work,
with your rules.

01 / Takeaway & delivery

Each channel has its own timing.

Pickup and delivery can have different service hours and preparation times. You can also set an order limit per time slot.

02 / Takeaway & delivery

The menu knows what can go out.

Choose which dishes to offer for takeaway and delivery. You can mark a dish as sold out for the service, and it comes back automatically the next morning.

03 / Takeaway & delivery

The kitchen sees the deadlines.

The board separates orders to confirm, to prepare and to deliver. Promised times drive priorities and make delays visible.

04 / Takeaway & delivery

Areas, fees and pauses are up to you.

Define delivery areas with their own minimums and fees. When the service is full, you can pause pickup or delivery for a chosen time, separately.

The guest is outside your dining room. The service stays in your Eatable.

Before you start.

Are takeaway and delivery already available?

They’re available in beta. In the demo we look at how they fit your restaurant and agree on how to switch them on.

Can I stop delivery while keeping pickup open?

Yes. The two channels are switched on and paused separately. You can pause one for a chosen interval and keep working with the other.

Do I need a separate catalogue?

You use your Eatable catalogue and choose which dishes are available for off-premises orders. General availability, delivery availability and temporary sold-out are separate settings.
