The rules are yours.
Your book follows them.

Decide when to accept bookings, how many covers to open online and how tables get assigned. Your website, your reservation book and your floor all work with your restaurant’s rules.

You can open only part of your capacity to online bookings, based on how your service really works.

Your rules first. Then the booking.

Your restaurant’s work,
with your rules.

01 / Reservations

You decide how many covers go online.

You can open only part of your capacity to online bookings. The rest stays available for the service.

02 / Reservations

The table is part of availability.

With table mode on, guests only see a bookable slot if the floor plan finds a solution for their party, within the joins and extra seats you allow.

03 / Reservations

One book for every arrival.

Bookings from your website, entered by staff or taken by the AI phone assistant all land in the same book, each with its source.

04 / Reservations

Every service can have its own rules.

Manage time slots, turn length, party size limits and blocked periods. A special day doesn’t force you to change the whole week.

Guests pick a time. Your restaurant has already set the rules.

Included in Eatable Base

A Base that’s already complete.

Included in the Base

Before you start.

Can I keep some seats out of online bookings?

Yes. You can set a cap on online covers per time slot, separate from your restaurant’s total capacity.

Is table assignment always automatic?

You turn it on in the settings. You can also require online bookings to have an assignable table: in this mode, availability takes into account your floor plan and the criteria you’ve configured.

How much does the Reservations module cost?

It’s included in the Base. The Base costs €29 a month + VAT and includes reservations, floor management, digital menu, analytics, full-immersion service mode, guest database, restaurant page and opening hours.
